A Flyball Technician will take your computer out of the box and set it up. Your computer will be functioning and connected to the internet before they leave.

Are you running out of space on your hard drive? Or would you like to share your iTunes Library with your familty? If so, we can handle this for you. We can move your iTunes Library to an external drive or to a network attached device that would allow multiple users to access your Library. Hardware is not included.

My Document's Transfer

A Flyball Technician will transfer all of your documents (including pictures) from another computer. This service is usually used when you get a new computer and you want your documents transfered to your new computer.

Computer Upgrades and Repairs

This includes installing or replacing an ethernet card, sound card, video card or any other perpherial device. Hardware isn't included.

A technician can install the version of Microsoft® Windows that best suits you and your computer, as well as all critical updates. Software is not included.

Data Backup/Transfer (Up to 9 gigabytes)

Save secure copies of your computer's files in case of a severe crash. Up to 9GB of your computer's essential files will be secured. This data can be transferred to a CD/DVD, Ext device, direct HD, or Network Attached Storage. The hardware or media is not included

DSL or Cable Modem Setup

Did you order the DSL or Cable Modem self-install kit and you aren't sure what to do? If so, don't worry. We can quickly install and configure this for you. DSL or Cable modem not included. Includes 2 hours of work. Each additional hour is charged at $65 per hour.

Network Troubleshooting

A Flyball technician will arrive to your location and will troubleshoot your wired/wireless network. Includes 2 hours of work. Each additional hour is charged at $65 per hour.

Enjoy fast and easy multi-tasking with a safe and secure wireless network installed by Flyball Technicians. A technician will arrive to your location and setup a wireless router and connect one device to the router - Hardware is not included. Adding additional devices is $35

1 hour training

Flyball offers hour-long, personalized training sessions where you'll learn what you want to learn,on a specific topic, at your own pace right there at your own computer in the friendly confines of your home. Examples include: software, basic PC skills, digital imaging, digital video, digital music. $70 for each additional hour.
